厚手の防寒具をお持ちください。
靴もスノーブーツや長靴など、積雪に耐えられるものをご用意ください。
以下の条件でお預かりできます。
・公式メール（info@nojirilakeresort.jp）に事前連絡
・元払いでの発送
・お荷物到着はチェックイン日当日の指定
※上記の条件を全て満たしていない場合はお荷物の受け取り、お預かりをしかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。
We can receive them under the following conditions.
- Pre-contacting the official email (info@nojirilakeresort.jp)
- The baggage must be shipped prepaid.
- You must specify to the courier to deliver the baggage on the day of your arrival, not before.
Note: We will not accept baggage delivered before check-in date, nor any baggage that has not been pre-paid for.
この地域の道路を走るにはスノータイヤと4WDが必須になります。 一般道路はよく除雪されますが、凍結している場所もあるので十分な準備をおすすめします。
You MUST have snow tires and 4WD to handle the roads in this area. The roads are cleared very well by the road crews however, there are some icy places and therefore it is best to be well prepared.
どのスキー場へも車でおよそ10分ほどです。
Approximately 10 minutes to any of them.
スタッフの状況に応じて、スキー場への送迎を提供しています(有料)。 詳しくは下記をご確認の上、お問い合わせください。
通常は基本 8 時 30 分にスキー場へのお送りし、16 時にお迎 えとなります。
料金はスキー場往復でお 1 人 1 往復 3,000 円となります。
送迎可能なスキー場は、杉ノ原・黒姫・池の平・赤倉・タングラム(斑尾スキー場へはタングラム経由となります)です。
一度に送迎できる人数が限られており、対応することができない場合がございますことをご了承ください。
Ski Slope Transfers are offered upon request and depending on availability of staff. Please inquire for further details here.
Transfers are made once in the morning and the return is in the afternoon. Usual departure times are 8:30 am and the return transfer is at 4:00 pm.
Costs per person are ¥3000 per day which includes one round trip to the slopes
Ski Slopes that are available to transfer are Suginohara, Kurohime, Ikenodaira, Akakura and Tangram (Madorao is accessed via Tangram).
Depending on the guest numbers requiring Transfers, the hotel will do our best to suit all.

Depending on which slope you are going to and the level of your skiing/snow boarding, will determine where to get equipment. We can help orient you.

当施設の洗濯機/乾燥機を有料でご利用いただけます。詳しくは来館時にスタッフまでお尋ねください。
You may use our washer/dryer for a fee. For details, please ask our staff at the time of your visit.
