If the arrival time of the Pre-accommodation questionnaire is unknown or not submitted, you will not be able to check in after 8:00 p.m for any reason.

All garbage brought in from outside Resort is the guests responsibility to dispose of to wherever it came from.

If you wish to dispose of your garbage at the hotel, there is a fee of 1,000 yen. Please bring your garbage to the front desk.

Transportation to the ski resorts, hot spring, etc., will be charged at ¥3,000/person.
