Transfers from Kurohime station can be arranged by emailing the hotel at least a day in advance. The times for pick-up are between 3-8 pm. We will also return you to Kurohime station after you check-out between 9-11 am, depending on other guests in the hotel. There is no charge for this.

We can receive them under the following conditions. - Pre-contacting the official email (info@nojirilakeresort.jp) - The baggage must be shipped prepaid. - You must specify to the courier to deliver the baggage on the day of your arrival, not before.Note: We will not accept baggage delivered before check-in date, nor any baggage that has not been pre-paid for.

All rooms have lake-view.

Hotel Garbage PolicyGarbage originating inside hotel will be disposed of by the hotel.Garbage originating from anything brought in to the hotel is the Guests responsibility.Please take it with you when you check-out.Or you may ask the hotel to dispose of this garbage for you. (In this case there will be a ¥1000 yen charge for disposal). Please bring it down to the front desk and hand it to staff directly.

There is a convenient store 10 minutes walk from the resort. Also within 15 minutes walk from the resort there are various restaurants throughout the year. Please take the opportunity to enjoy the walk to and from the available restaurants. The hotel is called a Resort because we are more concerned with guests having a good time here at Nojiri.

Evening temperatures drop suddenly throughout the year. During the summer you may want a light sweater, other seasons will require something warmer.During the summer months, very light clothing is fine.During the winter you will need very heavy warm clothing.In regard to shoes, please bring something comfortable that may get dirty. Keep in mind you are in the countryside so not every path or road is paved.

In August, the hottest month, the highest temperature is about 30 degrees Celsius /the lowest temperature is about 18 degrees Celsius.

In January, the coldest month, the maximum temperature is about 1 degree Celsius / the minimum temperature is about -10 degrees Celsius.
