The policy is as follows:

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. Last minute changes to arrival or pick-up times must be notified at least one day prior to your stay.

If you wish to change the date of your stay, please send us an e-mail with your reservation number, name, reservation date, and the address where the change should be made. The e-mail address is provided in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of reservation.

Reservation date changes are only available for those who have made reservations on the official website. Cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

If you have booked through an agent, you will be subject to the agent's terms and conditions. Changes cannot be made directly by the hotel.

If you wish to change the number of guests, please contact us by e-mail with your reservation number, name, reservation date, and the address to be changed. The e-mail address is included in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of reservation.

If the number of guests decreases, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

If the number of guests increases to more than 4-5 people, please contact us at least one day in advance. 4-5 people can be accommodated on the day you check-in.

Room rates for children over 3 years old are the same as for adults.

Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

SUP/kayak rentals are complimentary for guests staying in Premium and Comfort Rooms. SUP/kayak rentals are available for guests staying in Value Rooms for ¥1,500 per person per hour. Please inquire at the front desk.

If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

When a guest uses the parking lot of the hotel, regardless of whether or not the guest has deposited the keys to the car, the hotel rents the parking lot to the guest and is not responsible for the management of the car. However, if the hotel intentionally or negligently causes damage in the management of the parking lot, the hotel will be held responsible for compensation.

In the event that this hotel suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent act of a guest, said guest shall compensate this hotel for such damages.

Cancellation fees are as follows:
On the date of your stay
Up to 14 days prior to the date of stay: Free of charge
13~1 day prior to arrival: 50%.
On the day of stay or no-show: 100%.
*Non-refundable for Nojiri Lake Fireworks Day (last Saturday in July) and Winter Season (Late December - 2/28)
