  • ​「お子様」について、３歳未満のお子様は宿泊費がかかりません。したがって、人数選択画面では、３歳以上のお子様は、大人の欄に人数を入力してください。３歳未満のお子様については、子供のところに人数を入力ください。

  • チェックイン：15:00~22:00　チェックアウト：10:00

チェックイン時間に関しては、宿泊事前アンケートにて必ずご記入ください。チェックイン時間前後30分以外はスタッフは不在となります。指定いただけない場合、チェックインできませんので十分お気をつけください。

  • 22時以降のチェックイン・送迎にはご対応できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

宿泊事前アンケートの到着時間不明や、未送信の場合、22時を過ぎますといかなる理由であってもチェックインはできなくなりますので、十分お気をつけください。

  • スキー場や温泉地等への送迎、ご案内については2,000円 / 人いただきます。

  • Comfort、Premiumタイプのお部屋には、朝食が付いております。サップ・カヤックも乗り放題となっております。

乗り放題のお時間は、チェックイン日の13時からチェックアウト日の12時までとなっております。

Please be sure to fill out the Pre-accommodation questionnaire in advance regarding check-in time.

Our staff will not be available except for 30 minutes before and after the check-in time.

  • Please note that we cannot accommodate check-in or pick-up after 22:00

If the arrival time of the Pre-accommodation questionnaire is unknown or not submitted,

you will not be able to check in after 10:00 p.m for any reason.

  • Transportation to the ski resorts, hot spring, etc., will be charged at ¥2,000/person.

  • ​Comfort, Premium rooms include breakfast and unlimited SUP/Kayak rides.

Unlimited rides are available from 1:00 p.m. on the day you check-in to 12:00 p.m. on the day you check-out.
