Why do I need to provide my credit card?

In the event that you cancel your reservation, we will charge the credit card provided for applicable cancellation fees (if any). If you do not cancel your reservation, payment for your stay will be done upon check-in by cash or credit.

All inputted data is securely encrypted upon submission.

Breakfast is available JPY 800(tax included) (extra charge)

✓ Check-In/Check-Out Times

3:00 PM / 10:00 AM

✓ Payment Methods

On-site before check-in, by cash or credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, NICOS). If by credit card, one time charge only.

✓ Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check-in date.
  • 30% (of total price) cancellation charge for a cancellation between 1 to 14 days prior to check-in date.
  • 100% cancellation charge in case of cancellation within 24 hours of check-in date or in case of no show.

*Between July 6 and July 8 the following cancellation policy applies:
100% cancellation charge for a cancellation within 30 days of the check-in date.

✓ Check-In

For arrival after 6 PM please call the Resort to let us know ahead of time.

✓ Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service to and from Hot Spring & Ski Slopes

Pick-up service to and from local train station and slopes is available. Please contact us for further information.

✓ Non-Smoking

The Resort is 100% non-smoking.
