駅からの送迎は、前日までにホテルへメールでご連絡ください。お迎えの時間帯は15～22時です。また、チェックアウト後の午前9時から11時の間に、他のお客様の状況に応じて駅までお送りいたします。この場合、料金はかかりません。 Transfers from the station can be arranged by emailing the hotel at least a day in advance. The times for pick-up are between 3-10 pm. We will also return you to the station after you check-out between 9-11 am, depending on other guests in the hotel. There is no charge for this.

各部屋のユニットバスに小さなゴミ箱があります。ゴミはお客様ご自身でお持ち帰りください。もし、ホテルで捨てることをご希望であれば、ごみの分別を条件とさせていただきます。 There is a small trash can in the unit baths in each room. All trash must be taken care of by the guest. If you wish to leave it at the hotel then you are responsible for dividing it up into all the required types of trash. We will help you from that point.

夕食の場合、ホテルから車で5分以内のレストランに送迎いたします。昼食の場合は、ホテルの混雑状況にもよりますが、可能な限り対応させていただきます。 For dinners we will transfer you to the restaurants within 5 minutes by car from the hotel. For lunches, depending on how busy the hotel is we will do our best for you.

当ホテルは、野尻の地でお客様に楽しい時間を過ごしていただくことを第一に考えているため、リゾートと呼んでいます。 The hotel is called a Resort because we are more concerned with guests having a good time here at Nojiri.

・一年を通して夕方の気温は急に下がります。夏場は薄手のセーター、それ以外の季節は暖かいものが必要です。夏場は薄着で大丈夫ですが、冬は厚手の防寒着が必要です。 　・靴については、汚れてもよい快適なものをお持ちください。田舎なので、すべての道や舗装されているわけではありません。 Evening temperatures drop suddenly throughout the year. During the summer you may want a light sweater, other seasons will require something warmer. During the summer months, very light clothing is fine. During the winter you will need very heavy warm clothing. In regard to shoes, please bring something comfortable that may get dirty. Keep in mind you are in the countryside so not every path or road is paved.

スタッフの状況に応じて、スキー場への送迎を提供しています(有料)。 詳しくは下記をご確認の上、お問い合わせください。 通常は基本 8 時 30 分にスキー場へのお送りし、16 時にお迎 えとなります。 料金はスキー場往復でお 1 人 1 往復 2,000 円となります。 送迎のご利用が多いスキー場は、赤倉・杉ノ原・タングラム(斑 尾スキー場へはタングラム経由となります)です。 一度に送迎できる人数が限られており、対応することができない場合がございますことをご了承ください。 Ski Slope Transfers are offered upon request and depending on availability of staff. Please inquire for further details here. Transfers are made once in the morning and the return is in the afternoon. Usual departure times are 8:30 am and the return transfer is at 4:00 pm. Costs per person are ¥2000 per day which includes one round trip to the slopes Ski Slopes that are most often transferred to are Akakura, Suginohara, and Tangram (Madorao is accessed via Tangram). Depending on the guest numbers requiring Transfers, the hotel will do our best to suit all.

代理店を通して予約した場合、寝具は日本の布団になります。直接ホテルへ予約した場合は、洋式ベッドのあるグレードの高い部屋を予約している可能性があります。 If you have booked through a booking agent your bedding will be a Japanese futon. If you booked direct to the hotel, you may have booked a higher grade room with western beds.

お部屋にパジャマはございませんので、ご持参ください。 Pajamas are not supplied in the rooms please bring your own.

ホテル前の駐車場です。他の人の邪魔にならない場所であれば、どこでも構いません。 In the hotel parking lot in front of the hotel. Anywhere that doesn’t get in others' way is fine.

代理店を通しての予約の場合、ベッドのある部屋は予約できません。ホテルに直接予約する場合、「コンフォート」の部屋は洋式のベッドがあります。 If you are booking through an agent you can not book a room with beds. If you are booking direct to the hotel, the “Comfort” rooms have western beds.

ホテルには湖の中に水泳場があります。夏の間、多くの人が水泳を楽しんでいます。泳ぐのはブイの中だけで、ブイの外では絶対に泳いではいけません。 The hotel has a swimming area in the lake. Many people during the summer months enjoy swimming. Swimming is must be done within the buoys, absolutely no-one is allowed to swim outside the buoys.

小さなお子様を除き、ほとんどの年齢層にライフジャケットをご用意しております。ボートをレンタルされる場合、ジャケットはボート料金に含まれています。ボートをレンタルする場合、ジャケットはボート料金に含まれており、ジャケットのみレンタルする場合は、少額のレンタル料がかかります。 We have life jackets for most ages except very small children. When renting the boats the jackets are included in the boat fee. When just renting the jacket there is small fee to rent them.

水は冷たいですが、夏の間は泳ぐことができます。 The water is cold but swimable during the summer.

コーヒーは午前7時からです。紅茶は終日提供されます。 朝食は、ジュース、フルーツ、シリアル、マフィン、トースト、卵、ソーセージ、サラダです。 Coffee is on at 7 am. Tea is served all day. The breakfast bufa is juices, fruit, cereals, muffins, toast, eggs, sausage, and salad.

水道は、ホテルの正面玄関を入って左側にございます(キャンプ場にはございません)。20リットルの水タンクをお貸しいたします。食器を洗うには、キャンプ場にてタンクを利用していただくか、ホテルの玄関の近くにある蛇口をお使いください。 Water can be found on the left side of the front door to the hotel. We will lend you a 20-liter water tank to use for freshwater. To wash your dishes you can wash them at your campsite or bring them to the faucet by the hotel front door to wash.

ペットをお連れいただく際には、予約時にご連絡をお願いいたします。(他のお客様に迷惑とならないようお願いしております。) Pets can be on the campsite providing they do not bother other campers. Therefore if you want to bring a pet you will need to confirm this by email before arrival.

トイレはホテル1Fの中にございます。24時間ご利用いただけます。 The toilets are inside the hotel 1st floor. The door is open 24 hours.

申し訳ありませんが、ゴミはすべてお持ち帰りいただくようお願いいたします。 All garbage must be taken with you.

ご使用いただけます。(直火は禁止させていただいております。薪ストーブをご使用の場合は、環境への配慮をお願いしております。) Gas or firewood stoves can be used. We do not allow fires set directly on the ground. You must have a wood-burning stove of some kind that does not damage the natural surroundings.

車の横でキャンプをしたい人は、7000坪の土地の地上にキャンプを設営することになります。 サイトからは、湖を見ることができます。 Those people wishing to camp next to their cars will set up camp on the ground level of the 5 acres of land. From your site, you can see the lake.

予約内容の変更は、事前にメールでご連絡いただくか、チェックイン時にお願いいたします。 Any booking details that you wish to change can be changed via email beforehand or when checking in.

音楽、ゲームなどは楽しいものですが、音が出ますので、他のキャンパーに迷惑がかからないように注意してください。 Music, games, etc. all are fun and all make noise, so please be careful not to bother other campers.

キャンプ場から5分のところにコンビニエンスストアが、10分のところにスーパーマーケットがあります。 There is a convenience store 5 minutes away from the campsite and a supermarket 10 minutes away.

We do not pick up and drop off at the campsite. Only the hotel offers free transportation. We do not provide transportation to and from the campground. Only hotels provide free transportation.
